The amazing programs like Genre Talk, the Book Room, and more are going to be even bigger and better at Gateway Con. It is a huge writer's conference with Literary Agents, Publishers, Award Winning Authors, and more. A faculty so big, and with so many workshops it wouldn't fit in the park and SLWG had to move to the Renaissance Hotel. Plus there is a Book Fair with author panels, book signings, and authors from all over selling their books.

Don't worry Writers in the Park will be back...

SLWG Member Table at Writers in the Park!

Have your Book in the Bookroom:

Free for SLWG members, $10 for non-members

Once again this year, members of St. Louis Writers Guild can have their books on the book table. Sales will be handled by an SLWG volunteer, so you don’t even have to be there to sell your book. All money collected is handed over to the author – SLWG collects no fees or commissions on sales – and we’ll be continuing the popular tradition, “Buy a Book, Get a Sandwich.”

Just bring no more than 10 copies of up to 3 titles to the book room at Writers in the Park anytime after 9:30am and one of the SLWG Volunteers will check in your books. All money collected and remaining books will be turned over at the end of the day (2pm) or at the September Workshop.
